Unzip the files and save the file RTFXClock.fex and RTFXClock.fxt in the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Pinnacle\Studio 17\plugins\RTFXV2", where "C:\Program Files (x86)\Pinnacle" is the PinnacleStudio Installation Directory.
